海口9岁自闭症男童被踹出电梯，家属称因怕报复不再追责

10月8日，海南海口，一名9岁自闭症男童独自买饮料返家时，被陌生男子一脚踹出电梯。家长称，孩子不善交流，事后没有告诉家人，只是悄悄躲起来，家人最终从邻居处得知此事。

家属称，找男子理论时，对方还拿出刀具。因担心遭到报复，家属决定不再继续追究其责任，并联系房东要求男子搬离小区。

据《中国新闻周刊》10月10日报道，当地部门工作人员称，男子被行政拘留10日、罚款1000元，男童经检查未发现受伤部位。警方已上门安抚家属，并表示将加强对男子教育，确保男童及家属安全。

10月13日，尊界公布V800制动踏板第三方检测结果，称“符合行业标准，加严至3000牛后未出现裂纹或损坏”。

尊界说是“国家认可的第三方检测机构”，据车主收到的说明是中汽研。第一项按行业标准QC/T 788-2018，用1500牛压踏板5次，松开后踏板的永久变形平均2.61毫米，没超过标准规定的5毫米，算合格。第二项是加严测试，逐步加到3000牛，保持5秒后松开，重复5次，共测了14个踏板部件总成，目视均无裂纹和损坏。

我这文科生还真花心思去问了一下，结果发现测试时根本没动车，是把踏板零件拆下来放在检测设备上，每分钟只压2厘米。英国圣安德鲁斯大学的研究，蜗牛每分钟能爬9厘米，这“踩刹车”比蜗牛还慢。

慢压也是静态强度试验的测法，本身没错，但问题在于：懂车帝测的是时速100公里时一脚猛踩到底，而尊界用零件慢压的静态测试，去回应整车急刹的动态断裂，这是偷换概念。

懂车帝测试员东门健男一句话问到点上：“静态加载和动态加载一样么？”

10月11日，抖音一拥有140余万粉丝的足球博主发视频称，自己目前人在阿根廷，名下所有国内银行卡突然被全部冻结，导致在海外无法消费、无法支付运费，甚至无法打车。

据其描述，起因是她在9月30日进行了一笔正常转账。10月8日收到派出所电话，称反诈中心认为该笔转账有风险并实施了“保护性止付”（只进不出，冻结至少半个月）。虽然她当时已向警方解释该转账有合同且完全正常，但名下所有银行卡和信用卡随后依然被直接冻结。

博主表示，查询后得知解冻需要“本人持身份证去派出所说明情况”，但由于人身在海外无法亲自前往，面临违约及财产损失风险，目前已在网络求助。

President Trump’s decision to lift sanctions on Russian fuel amidst Putin’s ongoing and brutal attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine makes no sense and is a betrayal of the legacy and leadership of the late Senator Lindsey Graham.

President Donald Trump said Friday that Russia will supply millions of tons of diesel to the global market under a deal he struck with President Vladimir Putin.

Russia will immediately supply more than 300,000 tons of diesel, followed by 500,000 tons in November, and 1 million tons immediately thereafter, Trump said in a post on Truth Social. Moscow will then deliver another 3 million tons of diesel based on the condition of Russia’s refineries, Trump said.
