🇬🇧 THE INFLUENCE OF ISLAM - RUPERT LOWE'S RAPE GANG INQUIRY DEMANDS ANSWERS

Rupert Lowe's Independent Rape Gang Inquiry informs us that organised grooming gangs have operated across Britain for decades and have been identified in at least 149 local authority areas.

The report estimates that at least 250,000 girls may have been subjected to grooming, rape and sexual exploitation, while acknowledging the true figure remains unknown.

It concludes that police forces, social services, schools, NHS bodies, licensing authorities and politicians repeatedly failed to protect vulnerable children.

Perhaps the most eye opening section of the report is a chapter titled "The Influence of Islam".

The Inquiry argues that cultural and religious factors were too often ignored by authorities and that any serious investigation into the scandal must be willing to examine them openly.

The report also cites research claiming that approximately 87-90% of convicted offenders in documented grooming gang cases had what it describes as distinctively Muslim names, and argues that ethnicity and religion should be recorded more consistently in future investigations.

The Inquiry identifies affected areas including Rotherham, Rochdale, Telford, Oxford, Newcastle, Oldham, Huddersfield, Peterborough, Burnley, Derby, Tameside and many others across the country.

We must be free to have open and honest debate about every religion, every ideology and every culture.

If evidence points towards a particular belief system, cultural practice or religious influence playing a role in these crimes, it must be investigated without fear and without interference from the political establishment.

No subject should be off limits when the safety of children is at stake.

The girls needed protecting.

Britain needed protecting.

Instead, our politicians, institutions and authorities failed them for decades.

Those failures must be exposed.

Those responsible must be held accountable.

And if fear of causing offence prevented the truth from being told, then that failure is every bit as serious as the cover-up itself.
