Its a bit complicated also dont do what I do because im frying my eyes at this point lol but I separate them into a lots of parts. Usually contrasting colors to differentiate them. Then I fill with (usually) my previously used color palette for comics to save time

I know this seems deranged but it used to be like this for me. I would make the lineart first then erase/hide it afterwards (lineart vs no lineart) I just love doing lineart man
