@RJ_Young Of course he was trying to hurt him. Heck he had to run past his teammate who had already released TH to deliver the hit. That was targeting all day, but they let him off the hook with a 15-yd slap on the wrist. If I didn't know better, I'd think that hit was part of the plan.

Travis did not even have the ball in his hands and 2.) he was out of bounds already. I call targeting (and it was more blatant than the hit on Shedeur late in the 4th).
