@DrEilidhMaria I do! I think you’re conflating issues! My point is all professions have issue with pay arrears. To get a 22% offer is almost unheard of! Clearly you don’t like it. If i was a nurse getting a 22% offer I’d not be dissecting it! Be grateful considering after 14 years of Tory’s!
