@Charlot76377903@DadOfAubrey@MAMAAcademy You may already know about the national maternity dashboard but it has data on this and lots of other indicators per trust and allows easy comparison

@DHSCgovuk@NHSEngland@wesstreeting Nothing like someone who is paid more than you telling you to stop advocating for yourself. I graduated in 2012 and still have 3 years+ left on resident doctor pay scales - the pay does not reflect the demands of the job. If we have such a good deal why not take the same salary!
The Black Maternity Experience Survey is now LIVE! We are calling on Black women and Black mixed-heritage women/ birthing people in the UK to share their maternity experiences in the Black Maternity Experience Survey 2025!

@theUKMCS Often people are scrolling through twitter on their smartphone so only providing a QR code instead of a live link as well makes it more difficult to register - might get more registrants if you do both 😊
@sharrond62 Rachel Reeves did say that farmers have an additional 1m allowance on top of the normal 1m threshold and that this would only affect 25% of farms - I presume as it would have to be worth over 2 million
@BMA_JuniorDocs @RobLaurensonD4P@_VivekTrivedi@wesstreeting I hope Rob's facial expression in this interview doesn't represent how the meeting actually went as it doesn't look very positive 😬

Doctors are asking for half of that, to fix your kids
In life we get the health services we pay for

@CMidOEngland@dadmattersuk Hi Kate, can I ask why trusts have to spend time and resources applying to get access? Could they not just be made freely available in the public domain? Or do trusts have to apply as you will be conducting a formal evaluation of their impact?
Signs of a leadership culture problem:
- status & grade are everything
- high staff turnover, especially staff who ask questions 🙋♀️
- bright people go quiet 🤐
- good ideas are claimed by seniors
- rule followers are the ones who stay
- leaders can’t see there’s a problem 🤷♂️
