@awscloud@amazon@AWSSupport A few years ago my AWS account was compromised. I am trying to clean up / shut down and I am getting billed for VPCs in regions I've never used. Every time I try to switch regions to shut down these VPCs I get signed out of the console #bug#problem

Your "rush payment" billpay is broken, or some sort of UX / UI failure your devs missed. I am trying to send payment... I want it rushed today. You give me an option to do that... and then tell me you can't process it today? #somethingiswrong#uxui#broken
@AzureSupport I figured out that I had to finish signup.
Pls show a dialog that says "you need to enter a credit card and finish signing up" instead of the cryptic errors.
Its just really, really bad UX. Someone missed an edge case. I hope my feedback improves the experience for others

The whole "no estimate" part is distressing. Is it taking longer to process because I edited it? Does processing have to finish before edit is applied? #anxiety

It's been this way since 8am. Processing was done. I edited the movie to remove about 30sec of video. I am afraid that processing may NEVER finish. Do I need to re-upload? Wait? First time editing after upload has been a #truenightmare#wouldnotreccomend#processingforever
