@VerizonSupport@math4love We have always had 4 or more active mobile phone lines + a land line + nearly a decade with a mobile hotspot as our only access to the internet. That kind of loyalty shouldn't be rewarded with this kind of customer service experience, period. And you all at @Verizon know that.
@VerizonSupport Yes, after an hour! I know if I had wanted to add a line, that would have been done in a minute or two. Instead of trying to sell me stuff, I would have liked the rep to focus on helping me with my request.
@Verizon Had one of the worst customer service experiences ever yesterday. All I wanted to do was remove a line from my account, yet your rep tried to sell me insurance and twice tried to get me to change my plan. 1 of ?
It took almost an hour to remove 1 line during which I had to confirm THREE times that I wanted to line removed. I was also given the option of suspending the line but the time limit for suspending was never mentioned, of course! Worst customer experience ever!!!
