BREAKING: PAKISTAN & IRAN OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON PEACE TALKS IN SWITZERLAND

“Joint Statement by Qatar and Pakistan at the End of the Lake Lucerne Summit and the First Meeting of the High-Level Committee, with the Participation of the United States and Iran:

✅ The first session of the high-level talks within the framework of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding concluded in Birgenstock, Switzerland, with the participation of representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the United States of America, and the two mediating countries – the State of Qatar and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

✅ The Lake Lucerne Summit was held in a positive and constructive atmosphere. Encouraging progress was achieved, including the establishment of a mechanism for the continuation of technical talks.

✅ Based on the Memorandum of Understanding, the parties agreed to establish a High Level Committee to provide political oversight of the mediation process. The heads of the negotiating teams will report regularly to the Senior Committee and will lead working groups on nuclear issues, sanctions, and a working group for monitoring and resolving disputes, with the aim of ensuring the effective implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding, as well as on other issues.

✅ The Senior Committee agreed on a roadmap to achieve a final agreement within 60 days, thus laying the foundation for the immediate opening of additional technical talks. In addition, a communication channel between the parties was established for the period mentioned in Article 5 of the Memorandum of Understanding, with the aim of preventing incidents and misunderstandings and ensuring the safe passage of commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz.

✅ In addition, the parties agreed on the establishment of a De-confliction Cell between the parties and the Republic of Lebanon, mediated by the mediating countries, with the aim of ensuring the cessation of military activity in Lebanon in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding.

✅ The technical talks will continue throughout the rest of the week at the Bürgenstock resort and will address all issues at stake.

✅ The mediating countries will continue to do everything in their power to ensure that the negotiations continue to be conducted in a constructive atmosphere, with the aim of reaching a final agreement.

✅ The State of Qatar and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan express their sincere appreciation to the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran for their continued commitment to diplomacy and the peaceful resolution of the conflict.

✅ The mediating countries also express their appreciation to the friendly and friendly countries for their continued support and important contribution to the ongoing negotiations.”

في قصر فرساي ذاته، وفي شهر يونيو ذاته، فُرضت على ألمانيا عام 1919 معاهدةٌ مُذلّة، أراد المنتصرون أن يجعلوها ختمًا أبديًا على قبر هزيمتها.

وفي قصر فرساي ذاته، وفي شهر يونيو ذاته، عاد هتلر عام 1940 ليُجبر فرنسا على احتساء الكأس المرة نفسها التي أُسقيت بها ألمانيا من قبل، في مشهدٍ من الانتقام التأريخي المُر.

وفي قصر فرساي ذاته، وفي شهر يونيو ذاته من عام 2026، شهد العالم مشهدًا مغايرًا تمامًا؛ إذ وجدت الولايات المتحدة نفسها مُجبرةً على التسليم بشروطٍ فرضتها إيران، بعد أن عجزت كل الضغوط والتهديدات عن انتزاع ما أرادته.

هكذا يظل قصر فرساي شاهداً خالداً على حقيقةٍ لا تتغير في السياسة الدولية:

واليوم، يجد بزشكيان نفسه، وهو الذي دخل السلطة بين الجنائز والصواريخ، يجد نفسه يوقّع اتفاق سلام مع رئيس أميركي.
سيذكر التاريخ زمن بزشكيان، الرجل البسيط الذي اصبح رئيساً دون أن يحلم بذلك، والذي كُتب في عهده قسماً استثنائياً من تاريخ إيران التي لم تتوقف عن الانتقال من مرحلة إلى أخرى.

🔸 He suggests the shift reflects Iran’s growing strength, adding that the country’s real guarantee is not any future UN Security Council resolution or agreement with Washington, but Iran’s military power, national unity, and public cohesion.

🔸 “A slogan is not power,” Ghalibaf said, and diplomacy must be backed by strength and that unnecessary confrontation should be avoided when objectives can be achieved through negotiation.

I am honoured to announce that the historic ‘Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding’ has been electronically signed today between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Memorandum has been signed by honourable Presidents of both the countries and also endorsed by me as the mediator. I express my profound respect and appreciation to His Eminence Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Islamic Republic of Iran and President Masoud Pezeshkian for their wisdom, foresight and statesmanship in embracing the cause of peace. I also wish to recognize the efforts of the Iranian negotiating team, including Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Abbas Araghchi and Eskandar Momeni, whose patience, perseverance and commitment to constructive engagement were instrumental in bringing this agreement to fruition.

I would especially like to acknowledge the sincere efforts and constructive engagement of the leadership of the State of Qatar in helping reach this point. May this Memorandum of Understanding serve as an enduring foundation for greater understanding, mutual respect and shared prosperity for the complete region.

Iranian F-5 pilot who bombed US Buehring base in Kuwait:

We were flying at an extremely, extremely low altitude.

From a flight-standard perspective, the standard training altitude is around 500 feet, but we were below 50 feet.

We knew that Patriot systems were deployed in the area, and that this base had multi-layered air defense. Given Kuwait’s cooperation, they were protecting this base, and scrambled F-18s were monitoring it.

Even though we knew AWACS aircraft were up there and surveillance/listening sites were active, the entire flight was conducted under complete radio silence.

I should mention here that there were 2-3 ships, we were flying so low that we passed between 2 ships, and their decks were higher than us. In other words, the sailors were looking down at us from the deck.

We passed through there, and thank God, entered Kuwaiti waters, and from there entered Kuwait itself.

When we entered Kuwait, the high-voltage power lines suddenly became 10x times more numerous. Their refineries and forces were along our route, all of them were within our reach.

We could have bombed them immediately without any problem. But our target was Camp Buehring.

We carried out this route at very high speed and very low altitude. And then, when we reached the base, we bombed it successfully.

BREAKING: The US has released the full text of its 14-point "Memorandum of Understanding" with Iran.

Key terms include:

1. The US, Iran, and their allies agree to immediately and permanently end military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon

2. The US and Iran agree to respect each other's sovereignty and territorial integrity and not interfere in each other's internal affairs

3. The US and Iran commit to negotiating and reaching a final deal within 60 days, unless mutually extended

4. The US will begin removing its naval blockade immediately and fully end the blockade within 30 days

5. Iran will use its best efforts to ensure safe passage for commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz for 60 days with no charge

6. The US and regional partners will develop a mutually agreed plan of at least $300 billion for Iran's reconstruction and economic development

7. The US will work toward terminating all types of sanctions against Iran, including UN, IAEA, primary, and secondary sanctions

8. Iran reaffirms that it will not procure or develop nuclear weapons and agrees to address its enriched material stockpile under IAEA supervision

9. Until a final deal is reached, Iran will maintain the current status quo of its nuclear program, while the US will impose no new sanctions and deploy no additional forces

10. The US Treasury will issue waivers for Iranian crude oil, petroleum products, derivatives, and associated banking, insurance, and transportation services

11. The US will make frozen or restricted Iranian funds and assets fully available for use

12. The US and Iran will establish an executive mechanism to monitor implementation of the MOU and future compliance with the final deal

13. After signing the MOU and implementing key ceasefire, blockade, shipping, oil waiver, and asset-release provisions, the US and Iran will begin final deal negotiations

14. The final deal will be endorsed by a binding UN Security Council resolution

The memorandum will trigger a 60-day window to negotiate a final deal.
