We are not as red as our legislature shows. The only recourse for the cities is what the Texas democrats are doing. And it will happen again because they will control #redistricting
@npr, as a Texan I would love to see a story about gerrymandering in Texas and how this is related. Cities try to pass progressive laws but texas legislature (which has divided up the cities so we have no representation) passes laws to cancel them.
