@opodo Unsurprisingly, I still haven't received my refund. Really not happy with the customer service. Now that my bank details have changed (expired card), how can I get refunded? Should I provide new bank details, and how?

Hi @ThreeUK, I received an email after asking for my PAC. It stated "You'll just need to let us know that you'd prefer your account to be closed within one month of receiving this letter." How do I proceed to do so/closing my account/checking it has been closed? Thanks :)

@opodo I have already received an email stating it's been more than 3 months since you contacted the airlines. That was on December 22. It's coming up to 5 months since you contacted them. Is this even legal?
