As part of the Reordering Works, @mosaicrestor are in the process of carrying out in-situ geometric tile repairs to the Sanctuary at @ShrewsCathedral - a large missing section of the Minton Tessellated mosaic is also being reinstated using the in-direct method. @matherellisltd
Last week, the reordering works to Shrewsbury Cathedral continued as we carefully dismantled the beautiful Thicknesse Altar from St. Catherine’s Chapel at Ely Cathedral, ready for its transfer to the Sanctuary at Shrewsbury Cathedral @matherellisltd#GradeIListed#Cathedral

This week we unveiled our restoration project at the @LancasterGrand, the third oldest theatre in the Britain. We restored the elevation of this historic theatre by removing the hard cement render, exposing the existing stonework and repointing in a lime mortar.
Today the scaffold is being dismantled to reveal the new restored tower at St Paul’s Church, Halifax. We carried out works including lime repointing, re-roofing, stone indent repairs, joinery and concrete repairs whilst working with architects @one17design.
New columns completed this week on @RoundFoundry in Leeds. We had to prop the front façade of the building to allow the replacement of the columns. Without a complex designed support scaffold the building could have collapsed. #openforbusiness
