One of our players was admitted to Royal Glamorgan Hospital this week. This is as a result of getting a cut infected, at Pandy Park. The cause of the infection was dog mess!
We will continue to remind people of the dangers of dog mess, if we see dogs on the fields.

As it’s #WorldFirstAidDay we thought we’d share a #SaveALifeSeptember story.
Listen to Janice’s cardiac arrest story. Thankfully her husband was first aid trained and saved her life.
Ten years later, she’s still volunteering with us as one of our dedicated #PoblStJohnPeople!
As #SaveALifeSeptember continues, we'd like to highlight the importance of good mental health & provide 4 simple steps to follow should you need to help someone who is struggling.

There are over 40,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests yearly – would you know how to help?
