The problem is that the SEC failed to create regulatory clarity here in the US, so many American investors (and 95% of trading activity) went offshore.

Punishing US companies for this makes no sense.

If a dev makes a protocol that makes $10M in revenue a year & they want to take home a $2M/year salary? Sure.

If you, a token holder, who doesn't vote, contribute, or get involved in the DAO are upset by that/how little you earn, then you should try being useful.
