On Wednesdays, the boys always go to the sauna for an intense sweat session. Alpha males have been known to solve the world's biggest problems during a nice deep sweat.

As is customary on Wednesdays after the sauna, I took a trip to the butcher to check out some of Mario's biggest racks of lamb.

When I arrived, Mario seemed very distracted. It's important for an alpha male to be informed on his butcher's personal life.

After some pressing, Mario told me about issues he was having with his eldest son Enzo. Apparently Enzo is struggling to become an alpha male like his father Mario.

I told Mario to bring Enzo on over to the house and I'll teach him how to be an Alpha Male. Lessons begin Thursday. First stop? Hooters.
