The worst thing about her is that so few of her accomplishments are based on merit—it’s all PR. When she is brought up it’s never about how good her music is, it’s about metrics, business, and quantity, very rarely the quality

@dannarebb @luizaxgodoy I saw the Bravery perform 3 years ago in los Angeles at Just Like Heaven fest and they were fucking incredible. The lead singer wore a leather jacket in 90 degree Pasadena heat. The songs still sounded fresh af. They need a proper come back 100%

I do think stuff like this is embarrassing for this new generation—I adore Sarah Pidgeon, but this is a MAJOR blind spot, and honestly, I blame her parents. You’re not eating and breathing this business and that’s why we don’t have movie stars anymore
