@UberUKI_Support Same problem as @Asif_Simjee on 20/03. Applied a gift card to my Uber account & it opened an Uber Money account preventing gift cards being used for trains. How do we undo this? I didn't ask for an Uber Money account. I want to use gift card for trains.

@tfwrail I bought annual ticket at CDQ. I see a refund can be issued from 17/03 if I post it to Refund Request, Freepost, TFW Rail Customer Relations by 11/05. Is there a postal address to send it recorded delivery? Don't won't it to get lost or a dispute about when you got it.

@Ocado my partner and I have been self isolating for over two weeks as we both have pre-existing health conditions. How do we register for your priority slots?
@Ocado I live in the postcode area CF14. It appears you are fully booked until 15th April with no opportunity to reserve a slot beyond this. Is this the case? When do you release new delivery slots so we can plan to reserve one ahead? Ocado reserved is not working.

@Ocado like many people, I have an order placed for Saturday which needs amending. You need to allow customers to amend existing orders booked for Friday/Saturday or else you will get a lot of wasted deliveries and goods!
