Companies and Government departments really need to focus on working towards what the customer wants/needs than putting their own objectives, needs and KPIs first. Listening and taking on that feedback and concerns, and accepting additional feedback. Stop being one way in comms.
@Kulia240@suburban_melb@metrotrains We had it during the recent Hurstbridge Occo. The issue that it doesn’t show is loadings. A lot of services during peak ran at crush load.
@metrotrains@chanism83 Back years ago, CSAs and AOs would step in to assist with Any issue that was taking place on the network. The response I got this morning from both I talked to shrugged it off and said it wasn’t their problem. So when there is an actual incident infront of them,is there support?
@metrotrains this now beyond the joke. SCS staff say these won’t be replaced b4 sept. No csas. Someone will end up in the pit. AOs and CSAs at gates say they can’t help.. what’s going to change?
@HELLLLHOOOOLE@metrotrains Any issue. Their Customer Relations Manager didn’t ever see issue with anything raised. It’s become a joke. Then when you question it, he stonewalls you. @metrotrains how are you going to deal with that?
@TheLostProbe @HELLLLHOOOOLE@metrotrains They are still a stakeholder in the whole mix paying for station access. There staff manage the train operations. They still hold liability regardless.
@metrotrains@chanism83 Correct. But the duty of care still sits with you as the operator of services and not dealing with the way passengers are stuck on the platforms. Your staff showed no care to dealing with it.
@metrotrains You really need to get drivers to announce they are hitting Trips.. twice now, we have hit a trip with no notification and thrown ppl around the train.
@ptua One of the senior official told me that they have been waiting for approval to replace guts of all escalators, which will be happening now 1 by 1 from later this year..
