You can fetch favicons using Chrome API (https://t.co/YjzehQIU35), but Firefox still does not support this feature (https://t.co/Y2nRjtctql).

Good thing you can fallback to DuckDuckGO API to retrieve the favicon

Chrome is introducing `browser` object in v144. Extensions can no longer distinguish browsers by checking `typeof browser !== "undefined"` 😐

This is "an alias ... provided for compatibility with other browsers", but not all functionality is equal 🤔
