Hi @AmazonHub , I ordered a product well in advance, scheduled for delivery on Apr 8. No call was made, yet the status showed “attempted delivery.” Next day (Apr 9), again no call, but it was marked “delivered” though I didn’t receive it. @amazonIN

@RailwaySeva @krishsabi We fellow citizens not sure why the PNR is required to register the issue. You can clearly see almost 4 hours of delay in this train and why not taking necessary actions?

There is no intention to complain against the railway system. We only want justice

Yes, it's completely difficult to manage time.
