@DiggersOfNews The issue isn’t how much copper you can dig out but how much you can physically get to a port. Most copper is trucked & trucking does not scale economically. Mining inputs are also constrained by same logistics. Developing high speed rail is the prerequisite for more output.

@DiggersOfNews 2 months ago the State ‘discovered’ armed militia in Kabulonga with Kafwaya among them. Now armed groups are reported in his hometown & suddenly the State can't be bothered to investigate? So either the militia story was fake or they are not taking this potential threat seriously
