@UTSA @PresidentEighmy Just finding out from my daughter that UTSA took away course surveys. Why are we silencing the customers (students)? Online learning for her courses is pathetic. No live lectures. You MUST do better! We are paying big school prices for horrible service.

being charged the same face to face price for a class when campus will not even be open, is absurd. if my education is a fraction of what it was, tuition balances should be also. moving all classes online for the entirety of summer semester should come with a change in price.

To top it off, she’s lost her job and still has to pay rent and living expenses. All the while, stressed to the max about maintaining her gpa. College kids are struggling, yet the tuition is due by the end of the month! Now, I’ll have to act as her summer professor as well!

@PresidentEighmy @UTSA should be doing better by our college students! Still charging full tuition while classes move online with no live lectures is wrong, bottom line! Fix the issue! Get my student help! Thank God I’m a mathematician and can help my child!
