@AmazonHelp Faulty product.The holes for screwing are welded wrongly hence unable to use it.Should definitely be returned and the money to be refunded immediately.Policy of refunding only after returning is ✖️. You are showing zero interest in taking it back. It’s more than 15 days now
Friends my previous three series of posts are proofs for the worst return policy of Amazon. The product of HomeCube was faulty. The stands of the shelf were welded wrong and hence disabling for any way of assembling it. I have no other option but to return it…..Continued (1/2)
As you will notice in the picture the date of delivery was 22 September 2022 and it’s 7th October 2022 today. No progress in the status of return. And my money will be refunded only on return. Why? 2/2
