Blink Technical Support has to be one of the worst 'services' in the world. Three days after initial contact, including having to send a PHOTO of an item not working (!) they are telling me they can't send a replacement because they can't find my address on their system.

@AmazonHelp Yes, done that for three days. Apparently my address, where I've lived for 30 years doesn't exist so they can't send me a replacement. Strangely, Amazon managed to send me the original item last year. They don't seem to understand, in India, that we don't have Zip codes in UK.
