@OfficialDMRC Thank you for a response, however, a lot of cars are parked in the station premise and there is area for way more. The DMRC workers are quite arbitrary and allow some private cards and not the others.

@RapidoCares, why would you additionally charge for Dwarka Expressway toll, when firstly, the toll is not functional yet, secondly, normally your cabs never take the toll and take a worse path, thirdly, you are charging 80% more than the set amount for toll.

@Uber_India, would love to talk to a real person in your customer service to understand how it is a recurring problem. A prudent platform would think about reflecting such prices pre booking because nothing can justify such a substantial hike of 200 extra in a 20 minute travel.
