@ZARA@ZARA_Care@ZARA_Care Please please look into it else i would be bound to escalate this. I am not going to let you rob me. Just work with your Mississauga and Brampton warehouse and discuss what all items have you received as part of returns or have a manager call back me at earliest!
@ZARA has the most rude customer service and has no empathy or accountability towards their customers and their concerns. They are abandoning their chat help without even getting a reply back about their consents. Happened with me thrice See pics. More details below. #ZARA

@ZARA@ZARA_Care In short - you have kept all items in refunded and also have kept my money. All items were returned under stipulated time limit. Every time i reached out to online chat support they said they made a note to it and will have it sorted. Don’t be like that company please.
@ZARA@ZARA_Care Rather coordinating amongst yourself by just auditing all items in box and segregating according to the warehouse you decide to tell “there are no inventory adjustments”. Atleast give me a detailed explanation why and on what items you have decided to not issue me a refund for?
@ZARA@ZARA_Care I did got a call from someone from Zara and i explained the entire situation to her. She assured me it will be taken care as they need to coordinate internally between two warehouses and make sure items make it to desired location. #zara#zaracustomercare
@ZARA@ZARA_Care All I did is I sent all return items to one single warehouse location in Mississauga Ontario. A few items were supposed to go to Brampton Ontario but i packed all in one box, mentioned my return numbers on box and sent it to Mississauga warehouse.

@ZARA So tired with Zara. Though wasn’t knowing about this hashtag #ZaraBoycott but i think based upon my personal experiences, Zara literally needs to work a lot on their customer success and retention. #zara
@ZARA Please have someone contact me at earliest and give me some satisfaction that my issue will be taken care else I am going to escalate this for keeping all items i returned as well as not issuing me a refund for the items i returned and was eligible to refunds.
