@CaptainDaybreak Also sorry If I came out way too aggressive in the quote, wasn't the intention. But I Just find Silver's current predicament so frustrating, he's never allowed to go have adventures of his own anymore and ends up almost tied to Blaze completely
The summary of this post is hating Silver being an actual character with his own side stories and instead preffering him in IDW where he only exists to be a cutie patootie decharacterized plot device.
I’m gonna be 100% honest. While I love the Silver Saga storyline, Archie Silver as a whole is a complete mixed bag of a character for me. He gets 2 total stories where he’s actually an amazing character. Every other time we see him he’s just a punching bag or his story ends up -
@CaptainDaybreak violent member of the Resistance by attacking someone who clearly was running. This even caused him to be kicked out of the Diamond Cutters and the overall story for a whole 12 issues while everything was building up for the Riders arc
@CaptainDaybreak Correct, IDW Silver instead has a moment in Misadventures where he's basically pictured as a schizo by attacking a disguised Mimic.
And the moment you are referring to is core to his main quest and him stopping being a brash fuckup. That's way more to his character than IDW is
"guys, marvel just released a new fighting game on pc and console. what should we do?"
"i know! let's release a *MOBILE* fighting game!"
"my god... you're a genius."
@playdcko Stylized art style, based on a cool comic book event, Wonder Woman using her lasso (instead of that lame ass sword and shield)...
All these cool elements, just to WASTE it on a Mobile copy of Marvel's Contest of Champions?
Couldn't you've at least copied Marvel Tokon instead?
