@ThreeUK please please please can you sort out sending passcodes for validation whilst I’m on the phone to your automated system as they never come through on time and I just get timed out then suddenly 5 hours later I get 6 passcodes through!! I really needed to speak to someon
@ThreeUKSupport Thanks but it was really important call regarding my daughter goin abroad with a contract I pay for her and she’s on plane now so not sorted it also maybe have an option to speak with advisor on your automated service that way I would have had my problem 100% resolved.
@ThreeUK I’m little concerned as had no service for a week now never had a complete breakdown in service like this before for so long and took me numerous calls to find out what’s going on is this fix going to be long????
How is noone mentioning this if I paid for a monthly service for ink I should be able to get to speak to an advisor 24/7 if I have any problems @HPUK should be ashamed of producing such a terrible awfully navigating website and customer service
Fair play @HPUK your site for assistance is hurrendous I only needed to reconnect my printer with my wifi and awful to get help and after numerous live bot chats still not sorted after hours wasted!!!!!but of course I can get the help needed if I pay £21 for a phone call 👍👍
