SB1184 passed the Legislature, it’s headed to the Governor’s Office, it preempts cities and towns from levying TPT (Sales Tax) on residential rental, Cities will loose $230.2M in FY25. Casa Grande will loose $1.5 million or 3.4% of our tax base. @GovernorHobbs
