@RpsAgainstTrump Congress needs to take back their power. They allocate funds not the executive branch.

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@atlbell929 @NFL I don’t understand how you have that many all out blitzes and between the coaches, WR, Linemen and QB they collectively take the whole game to figure out a hot read/quick throw. Why do you have 3 intermediate to deep routes if you don’t have time to throw.

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@JohnKincade Eagles or Falcons? lol or both…

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@AtlanticBBoi @ImTempy Great now do the stat for number of games missed over the first 2 seasons. I’d love for him to be the guy if he can stay healthy. And for the record my favorite Falcons QB all time is Vick…

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@BowTieSportsGuy Coach needs to take the spotlight off of him. Sit him down and start Rush. (Ugh). But going back and forth with things up in the air can’t be good for the team or Penix really.

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@atlbell929 @AtlantaFalcons If Rush wasn’t 💯 why was it ok for him to suck it up and play, but Tua and Penix get to “sit out” b/c they aren’t 💯.

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@putemupcdukes @AtlantaFalcons Beyond frustrated at the inept play yesterday Like many others I was screaming for Strand to at least get a shot. I don’t care who the QB is. If coach is going to be stubborn and “never consider” him then fine. Make what you do use better IN GAME. Don’t wait for next week.

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@AWJones8th @marcraimondi Might be debatable. But even if true, then his loyalty is to the player not to winning? BTW putting him in for a couple of drives (especially at the end) would not have “destroyed” Strand. He can hand it to Bijan also.

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@Stillncrj1 @marcraimondi Nope nothing about what Rush put on display screams veteran. That’s the problem. If he would have just been vanilla that’s one thing. But a pick 6, another int multiple batted halls and flat missing wide open receivers doesn’t say veteran. At least try and win.

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@atlbell929 @AtlantaFalcons If strand can’t sniff the field now he’s been told all he needs about getting a shot here in ATL. First chance he gets he should sign with another team.

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@Dblk19 @atlbell929 Kinda of a strange response. So b/c it happens in other industries it’s no big deal? It’s Mike’s industry. He’s showing empathy for others in his industry. Pretty normal response… and for the record layoffs are always challenging even if your contract is paid out.

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@atlbell929 @AlbertBreer Hate to admit it Mike but you’re right. It’s the same line every 4 years. “We’re building the game, it will happen next time”. Ugh

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@steakshapiro It’s so awful. So embarrassing.

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@squidbilly929 Don’t really have an opinion on Kyler Murray. But I am curious why you think Penix will be ready for week 1. He might be able to take snaps. But “ready” Not sure I buy that one no matter how much we want it to be true.

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@putemupcdukes Snake bit org. Been rooting for them my whole life. This is par for the course… These kinds of self inflicted wounds are the Falcon way. Wonder if Matt is regretting taking the job yet. Hey at least he got about 2 weeks without a scandal to deal with.

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@CelliniNick @AtlantaFalcons Tell me again how my beloved Falcons are not cursed? I mean come on….

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@MLFootball @RealMattlanta @BFinn86 @ATLFalconsMuse @ATLFalconsAus @ATLFalconsUK @ATLFalconsGER @RadiNabulsi @GrahamCoffeyDC @ugabarstool No you’d ruin two franchises at once. He’s great for college. Most college coaches don’t make the transition to pros very successfully

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@MLFootball Breaking a team kicks a field goal to end the game so they are not shutout… there fixed the ridiculous headline…

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@MikeBellATL So at this point who would interview him? I mean supposedly we cleaned house and yet we are asking to speak with him already? I guess lining it up for the next GM?

[mlawson @matt_L_Ito]

@JohnMichaelsU @BFinn86 @680TheFan @RoadDawg680 @HometeamBleak @MattLear @justin_burney Agreed…Especially at a bowl/playoff game. It’s not a home game. There’s not really a GA section. (If you’re wondering I’m a dawgs fan) if you go to an opponents stadium and stand in the students section and cheer you may be in for some issues. Just reality.
