Super impressed with @airvistara. I stupidly left my backpack at the gate and the team was incredibly efficient in getting it to me on the plane. Big thanks to Prasanna Ghudi on the tarmac for getting it done.
@InterMiles blatantly lies to customers. @FlyANA_official has sent written confirmation of a full refund for #corona but @InterMiles keeps making excuses and blaming the airline. @ManishDureja I'm not sure if this is intentional but please look in to these practices and help.
