Disciplined teams that pay attention to details = good coaching.

The opposite applies also.

Next ran that last furlong in 11.89 seconds... going 1 3/8 miles! He just seems to be getting better and better. You could see the cadence to his stride pick up in the last furlong once Machado pressed the button.

How can you not love Next? Another marathon demolition, this time off the layoff. He's currently peerless in this division.

[Matt Code @matt_code]

Great pick!!

[David Aragona @HorseToWatch]

That was a beaut of a ride by Dettori. Watching Chad start multiple horses in these races on so many occasions, it just seemed to make sense that he was going to use this one as the frontrunner. She had shown all the attributes to respond well to this change in tactics.

[Kyle Tucker @KyleTuckerCBB]

The two teams playing for the national championship tonight have a combined one five-star recruit on their rosters. The fear of breaking up with John Calipari because nobody recruits like him has never been less warranted.
