Did everyone check out the new announcements from @microsoft today. Some of my fave things that Iโm going to start using THIS WEEK for my conf planning are:
๐จCopilot is the UI for AI = you look up stuff on web using Copilot
๐ฏCopilot Pages = you paste this into a Copilot page and you can now share with your work colleagues. Itโs taking web + work into one place as your productivity canvass
๐ช๐ฝYour colleague pulls some data from a customer engagement and adds to the collaborative Page
๐ฉ๐ฝโ๐ซ Copilot in PowerPoint with Narrative Builder. This Agentic capabilities in PPT people! You dictate a request in natural language, Copilot makes a plan that you have a chance to edit, then it generates a full PPT with your selected brand guidelines and photos. (Does this remind you of GitHub Copilot workspaces?!)
๐ Copilot in Outlook - Prioritized inbox! So you see stuff from your boss & teammates first and also your major customers.
๐คCopilot Agents - you can now build Agents to do your common job things like answering common customer questions right from BizChat (Microsoft Copilot for work). This is powered by the familiar UX of Copilot Studio where you customize what knowledge the agent has and what action it can take.
You can pull this agent into Teams or D365!
I thought these were the most interesting things. What was your fave?? ๐๐ผ
๐ฅ EXCLUSIVE! Here's a sneak peek of some of Tenentnet's incredible visuals for our show APOPHENIA, which takes place on 18 September at Aviva Studios, @factoryintl#manchester

Speaker Announcement! ๐
Delighted to welcome Agnius Bartninkas to #ScottishSummit2024 at @pandjlive in #Aberdeen where he will present "Error-Proof Your Desktop Flows: A Dive into Error Handling and Logging in Power Automate Desktops".
Please find information about the session below ๐
WHAT:
In this session, we will explore the advanced error-handling features of Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and demonstrate how to use them to build robust and resilient solutions. You'll also get guidance on how to efficiently log information during runtime of PAD flows, as well as monitor them in real-time using appropriate monitoring tools.
WHY:
As adoption of the Power Platform grows, so does the need to make sure that the solutions built with it are stable and reliable. Although the platform offers various features for error-handling during runtime, many developers may not be familiar with these features or how to use them effectively. This session aims to equip you with the skills you need to error-proof your automations and make sure they are efficient, robust, and can be easy to monitor.
HOW:
You'll learn how to leverage the advanced error-handling features of Power Automate Desktop to build resilient solutions, how to log information during runtime, and how to monitor the flows in real-time using the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana). This session will be delivered as a hands-on demo, providing you with the opportunity to see how to build resilient and robust solutions in practice.
TAKEAWAYS:
After this session, you'll have a deeper understanding of the advanced error-handling features of Power Automate Desktop and how to use them effectively to build robust and resilient flows. You will also learn how to log important information during runtime of your flows and how to use those logs to monitor your flows remotely. You will see it in action as we will build flows using these technologies during the demo.
Join on the #PowerPlatformTrack and why not learn more about his 6+ years of successfully leading a process improvement and automation agency.
