Odin + Sokol, bloom added for emissive. I wrote a python script to generate 5 unrolled blur shaders

@ColemanEngbrec1 I think it's a limitation of sokol that I couldn't send the weights as a float array, so I hardcoded them.

The error was something like:
uniform block 'fs_uniforms': arrays must be of type vec4[], ivec4[] or mat4[]

I have a feeling this will burn me more in the future
