The treatment of many people facing the #LoanCharge by HMRC is appalling. A case has been shared with us where HMRC phoned the individual’s partner who was undergoing chemotherapy, without authorisation & without being supplied with that phone number. Malpractice & a data breach.

@BulliesHmrc @Matthew43188255 @loanchargeAPPG HMRC has been out of control for many years. HMRC staff are involved in getting their bonuses by whatever means, fair or foul, and both the law and the taxpayer go to hell as far as Harra & his cabale are concerned.
