@British_Airways BA345 16:35 flight cancelled from Nice to LHR. Rebooked on BA349 21:35 but no one at checkin to drop bags. Easily solved by opening bag drop, yet again dreadful service. Seriously reconsidering my airline of choice.

@British_Airways I know this, I’m living the experience. My original flight was scheduled for 4.30, I understand delays happen but there’s no reason you couldn’t open bag drop at the original time to allow us to be more comfortable air-side. Just dreadful, no customer care whatsoever.
