Currently through HUG2 (Home Upgrade Grant 2) the landlord has to have less than 4 properties, anymore than that you can't get anything for free or reduced cost AND you have to pay a minimum of a third of the cost for ALL properties. No freebies. The new scheme is loads better.

This is an incredibly misleading headline. They get one property upgraded for FREE and any properties after that, they get a 50% discount. It's an incredible deal for landlords to be getting potentially £30,000 worth of work done for £15,000.
