@auspost Hi AusPost. I'm having a frustrating time trying to track down what has happened with an Express Post parcel that's ended up in the wrong state. Is it possible to contact a particular Post Shop directly, to verify what delivery address has been provided on a parcel?
Hi @iiNet! Any known issues affecting 4300? Maybe upstream with NBN? Seem to be having the same issue as back in April - lost internet connectivity earlier this morning, modem gets connection just fine, but is unable to acquire an IP via DHCP... ☹️

@iiNet Morning! Talked to support last night, but we were unable to resolve the issue, and a fault was logged. However, this morning we’re all green across the modem and internet seems to be working normally as expected! I guess we can close any tasks for this one now?
Hey @iiNet! Are you aware of any issues afffecting 4300 (Springfield)? Our NBN disconnected a bit after 1:00 PM today, and hasn’t reconnected since. There was an NBN Co van at the pit next-door when I got home, but they’ve gone now and still no connection...
@iiNet Thanks, Darryn. I’ve tried troubleshooting (isolation test, wired connection to laptop, etc...) to no avail - still have red lights unfortunately. Can you initiate a support request from your side, or should I do that via Toolbox?
