Day 2 has kicked off! Bit tired but 2 great sessions to wake me up, especially the last one about providing services to distance learners at @BerkeleyCollege lots to takeaway
It's about time we did some analysis on the way our new catalogue is working so it was really useful to hear about how @UCalgaryLibrary redeveloped their website and have tracked usage
Love hearing about case studies from around the world, especially when it comes to tech. Very jealous of @woburnlibrary If only Bromley libraries had drone racing competitions...
Even with breaks between sessions, these 2 days are going to be full on so don't be surprised if the poor quality of these tweets get worse; but for now I'm going to persevere!
Since I said I was back I suppose I should carry on tweeting... Keynote this morning was great and has got me thinking about all the different startups there are out there solving the niche problems I have every day
The next session about user-centred design at @sutdsg has given me lots of ideas about what to think about when designing user experiences but made me long for a physical space to shape #ili2019
Back on Twitter so that can only mean one thing...another conference! This time it's @IntLibIntl with thanks to @clsig I'll be the one sitting in the corner not speaking to anyone...probably #ili2019
And with a thought-provoking keynote from @aatvos, #cilipconf19 is done. Very tired but very grateful for being able to attend thanks to @alissinfo. My Twitter can now go back into storage...
Finally getting round to tweeting about the #cilipconf19 today. It's been a good day so far. Fantastic keynote by @DeweyDecibelle this morning followed by some really interesting sessions on K&IM in government and impact as well as a great keynote from @plambeSG. 1 more to go!
Final session of the first day of #cilipconf19 closed off the day nicely with three informative talks on tackling misinformation and spreading media literacy. Now off to the drinks reception
#CILIPConf19 is going by in a blur. Another excellent keynote by @liz_jolly, Chief Librarian at the @britishlibrary followed by a rally interesting session on information management learning all about proving impact
Well I couldn't miss the workshop from @ThatLibraryMan and @aliss_info chair and my manager @JoWood04! Hopefully now I will be at least a little less rubbish with social media
Time to dust off my Twitter cobwebs. I'm going to be tweeting here and there about the @CILIPConf19 that I'm here for thanks to @aliss_info here it goes!
