I think it was down to Corbyn's unpopularity and Labour being perceived as trying to stop Brexit.

@shaunjlawson Making chapter and verse about antisemitism was a good stick to beat Corbyn's Labour with. Taking a real problem and presenting it like it was representative of a huge portion of Labour's supporters.

@shaunjlawson In my experience, I found the FBPE crowd just as antagonistic towards the left as vice versa. So I think it's more 6 of one, half a dozen of the other on that specific point.
