Life happens! Finding the lesson when things aren't going our way is challenging but so necessary. Be grateful for what comes our way & mindful that how we respond makes all the difference.
Life events happen - some good, some not so good, & some that really challenge our response. When those events happen, be mindful, take time to regroup, stay centered on the things that matter most, & self-regulate emotions (fight, flight, or freeze) to respond with logic & love.
Happy Friday! Take today, and everyday, to live your dreams, aspirations, & fullest potential. Life is short - so work to be your best self & do your best in the present moment. Shed all the extra stuff, quiet all the noise, & be your most authentic you.
Maintaining perspective leads to gratitude which makes all the difference in navigating through the noise of our world. Far too often we have much more to be grateful for - starting each day with gratefulness to be here gives yourself a gift that enriches your life all day long.
Finding calmness in the midst of chaos, controversy, & conflict makes all the difference. Stay centered, search for common ground, share kindness & respect for our humanity.
@robertnlowry@NYSchoolSupts@NYSEDNews Congrats! Much deserved recognition for years of sensible solution finding to the real school specific issues that emerge from statewide policy implementation. Thanks Christina for always working with schools to find ways to serve our students.
There are so many people suffering across the globe. We are so fortunate to live with freedom each day. While we can't help everyone, we can offer up kindness to those we encounter.
We're not out of the pandemic just yet but we're still safely moving forward each day. Thanks to everyone for your patience, partnership, & persistence.
Never underestimate your ability to change the life trajectory of our students. We often get lost in the complexities of the world. Sometimes all it takes is to just be there, be present in the moment, to give the support a student needs to move forward.
Offering up respect for everyone you encounter is the most powerful way to navigate through this crazy, upside down world. Easier said than done but holding your integrity in tumultuous, turbulent, troubling spaces gets you through to the otherside.
There's certainly a lot of words being shared by many over the last 24-36 hours that the greater good would be better served if we all headed this advice. A little self-edit goes a long way to maintaining civil discourse about things that many hold varied perspectives about.
Whether it's the Bills game or anything else in life that doesn't go our way, how we respond makes all the difference. Keeping our chin up & shoulders back serves us best as we positively move forward from adversity, disappointment, & bad outcomes.
Moving forward each day is a commitment to do better & be better. It is accepting that we contribute to either perpetuating the problem or supporting the pathway to a solution. We have the power to frame our thinking to inform our decisions that shape our actions to move forward.
Bulldog Country is built on good folks consistently chosing to do the right thing, not the most expedient or easiest thing. Thank you to everyone who forges ahead creating a better experience for all of us by choosing to do the right things each day.
Everyone could benefit from just a little lift to lighten their load. How we take care of one another makes all the difference. Let's keep finding ways to support one another.
Start the day off right putting first things first...positive thoughts, positive actions, positive relationships. Make deposits in your well-being to start each day to build up your resiliency account for the withdrawals you need to overcome challenges during the day.

Everyone is working through something today. Be patient, extend grace, & understand that in the end its how we treat each other that makes all the difference.
How we perceive the world makes all the difference. What stories we tell ourselves about our experiences has a direct impact on our well-being. Being mindful how we frame our thoughts will lead to improved mental health and help us move through these challenging times.
Happy New Year! As we turn the calendar into another pandemic year, perhaps now, more than ever we need to appreciate the good, positive things in our lives. May you find the strength to be present, extend grace, & celebrate life this new year.
