A Monday Jam. No Idea what I’m playing or singing, but this is one of my methods for songwriting - singing melodies over chord progressions. This idea could turn into something....what do you think? 🤙 #Rock #Song

Had a heap of fun jamming out today. Maybe I shot some footage to share with you next time? 🤪 #jamming #mattcole #Rock

I'll never forget how lucky and privileged I am. Even more so at times like these where there is so much injustice and Social inequality in the world.

Sitting here on the sand dunes in Queensland, remembering how I got here. I may have even written a song about it 😁

Was lovely to spend some time at the beach today. Just trying to get some new promo photos. Was pretty windy, but still amazing to be back out there watching the ocean. Don't realise how much you miss something until you've been away too long.

Finally got myself outside into the fresh air. Always love to go for walks in the nearby national park, so I've missed being able to do this. Really helps give perspective and it can't hurt to get some exercise. 🤪 #Queensland

WOAH!... Time flies when you are having fun! I planned on posting everyday, but I guess I should make time for my music too, right? To be honest, I'm mixing currently and before I know it, it's night time and everyone else is in bed. #mixing #MusicProducer
