@SamsungSupport I did and I got a person not willing to help b/c I was past 15 days. I tried calling but was on hold 3 different times in excess of 25 minutes before I gave up. Then I traveled a lot and have not gotten to it for 4 months. The product was shipped broken. Someone should fix
