@AaronNagler @madeyamad87 @lucysmom83 I would also add that typically you’re a fan of the team. The team is not any one player. A jets fan is not screaming at Rodgers to suck it up and play on a ruptured ACL. Instead they are mad because the other options suck, but that’s part of “the team.”

@bykevinclark Damar Hamlin. They couldn’t finish the game (and I’m glad they didn’t). While it wasn’t a franchise-ending moment, there was an extremely harrowing period where a teammates life was in danger.
