What is ACES?

Its a color system used in professional video and CG that among other things, allows much better tone mapping and highlight control.

In these 4 images the ones on the left use ACES and the ones on the right are the standard sRGB mapping. You can clearly see ACES looks more cinematic, with better highlight rolloff and doesn't blow out at higher brightness.

One cool thing about ToMe for iOS 27 is that you can auto-organize spaces with Private Cloud Compute.

Will be asking for TestFlight users soon, so stay tuned if you are interested.

Matte 1.5.3 has been released
- Custom aspect ratios for the canvas
- Updated saved presets by right clicking on them
- User presets are at the top of the list
- Improved project saving and reliability. Should avoid corrupted projects.
