though I knew better, I read the NYTimes interview with women who'd voted for T***p previously & are mostly intending to vote for T***p again. after a presidency that was sheer mendacity, after Jan. 6, after COVID mishandling etc., still the view prevails that T***p is a "fantastic businessman"--a "strong" leader--who will "protect" America. this is the triumph of rightwing propaganda, seemingly unassailable in the US. faltering, failing democracy riddled with misinformation as metastasized cancer.
