Nel nuovo #PiracyShield si vorrebbe rimuovere il requisito che un indirizzo IP da bloccare sia "univocamente" destinato ad attività illegali.

Soggetti privati potranno quindi bloccare qualsiasi IP in modo istantaneo e permanente senza nemmeno considerare gli effetti collaterali.
