@FinnairSuomi Thank you. Yes I filled that out straight away. My bag is now at Heathrow & tomorrow I will make the 100 mile round trip to collect it. 8 days late! This is my worst experience in making perhaps 100+ flight over 25 years.

@FinnairSuomi can you help, we flew from Helsinki to London last Friday (31st) and one of our bags wasn’t loaded and is still in Helsinki. We’ve tried every way to get confirmation of when it will be returned.

@Finnair It’s a shame you can’t deliver passenger baggage …5 days and still no contact or information. Worst customer service of any airline I’ve ever flown.

@Finnair we flew from Helsinki to LHR last Friday but still no sign of our bag now over 72 hours. Getting no info/help. What do we do to get some help?

@Finnair Have now received a reply. Completely generic claiming to have no idea where the bag is/was. Despite the fact we checked it, received a receipt & got a text to say it hadn’t been loaded. Appalling customer service!

@Finnair No reply from that email address either! We’re approaching 4 days without our bag. This is terrible customer experience!
