Whether it was a gift or not is irrelevant. Seems like a great idea for the city to generate some revenue to support these facilities.

@GARYBON75993748 @mattrainniecbc Who cares if it’s a gift. People in the community use the rink and kids in the city need a place to play hockey and other sports. Who else is in line with $250,000 to support it and keep it going. Things change, get with the times!
