Head injuries need to be reviewed. There needs to be a way to differentiate between fake and real injuries.

I think players with head injuries should not be allowed to participate in the next session of play, until the ball goes out. Obviously, if you have a serious injury, you will be subbed or require off field treatment and therefore, won’t be part of the next session anyway.
